Job Description
Job Title: Video Content Creator Internship (TikTok Focus) Role Summary Create, shoot, and edit engaging vertical short‑form video content for TikTok, with occasional support for IG Reels and YouTube Shorts. Collaborate with the communications team to develop concepts that reflect the brand’s tone, stay current with platform trends, and iterate content based on performance data. Expectations - Deliver high‑quality, trend‑aligned videos that drive viewer engagement. - Demonstrate creativity, storytelling, and technical proficiency on a mobile platform. - Maintain a proactive approach to ideation, trend research, and performance analysis. - Occasionally appear on camera when required. Key Responsibilities - Ideate, film, and edit vertical videos for TikTok (and IG Reels/YouTube Shorts). - Work with the Comms Director to craft concepts that align with brand voice. - Monitor TikTok trends and propose strategic applications to the brand. - Analyze video metrics, test variations, and refine content strategies. - Participate in front‑of‑camera shoots when requested. Required Skills - Native familiarity with TikTok culture, trends, and meme dynamics. - Proficient video shooting and editing on mobile or tools such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, DaVinci Resolve, etc. - Strong visual composition, pacing, and storytelling abilities. - Proactive mindset with the ability to pitch new ideas. - Basic knowledge of art, skate culture, fashion, design, or creative storytelling is a plus. Required Education & Certifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film/Video Production, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). No specific certifications required.
