Job Description
**Job Title:** Sr. Account Director (FTC) **Role Summary:** Strategic operational leader responsible for aligning daily execution with business strategy across courses, events, consultancy projects, and community initiatives. Reports to the CEO and acts as the operational heartbeat during a 12‑month maternity cover, driving commercial performance and creative output. **Expectations:** - Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach. - Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships. - Excellent organizational, project‑management, and communication skills. - Ability to represent the business externally and foster a collaborative culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily operations, ensuring team alignment to strategy, deadlines, and quality standards. - Partner with Content & Learning leadership to deliver courses, podcasts, and product roadmap initiatives. - Manage social media strategy and growth, maintaining brand voice and commercial targets. - Plan and execute community events (e.g., CMO Breakfasts) and support broader community initiatives. - Lead consultancy engagements end‑to‑end: client relationship building, strategic material preparation, and coordination of internal and freelance resources. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities; contribute to pitch development and future service offerings. - Track and report performance metrics for courses, consultancy, events, and social media against commercial and creative goals. - Contribute to long‑term strategic planning while balancing efficiency with creativity. **Required Skills:** - Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams and multi‑project oversight. - Advanced project‑management capabilities (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). - Strong client‑facing experience and relationship management. - Commercial/financial literacy; ability to drive revenue and profitability. - Excellent written and verbal communication; confident public speaking. - Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Slack) and analytics platforms. - Social media strategy and community‑building expertise. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). - Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus but not mandatory.
