**Job Title:** IT Project Director
**Role Summary:**
Lead and oversee the IT operations and project portfolio, coordinating a core internal IT team and external partners. Manage planning, budgeting, risk, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of applications. Establish governance structures, align IT initiatives with business objectives, and contribute to strategic decision‑making at senior management levels.

- Proven track record managing complex IT projects in high‑stakes environments.
- Deep experience with budget control, scheduling, and project governance.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize demands, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain alignment between business needs and IT strategy.
- Experience in professional training or SaaS application ecosystems is an advantage.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate 4 internal IT staff and 6 external service providers on development, support, and project execution.
- Drive comprehensive operational oversight: schedule, budget, risk, and action plan management.
- Lead application stabilization and evolution initiatives.
- Implement and monitor governance mechanisms (reports, steering committees, project boards, executive reviews).
- Ensure alignment of business requirements with IT direction, collaborating with DPO, operations, and architecture teams.
- Challenge and prioritize incoming requests, securing appropriate resource allocation.
- Define and track functional and technical roadmaps for the domain.
- Contribute to budget planning and forecasting.
- Identify, report, and mitigate alerts and impacts to senior management.
- Participate actively in strategic decision‑making regarding current and future projects.
