Job title: Educational Project Manager Role Summary: Lead the organization, curation, and continuous improvement of Everfit Academy’s library of courses and webinars on a custom LMS, driving user engagement and partner collaboration to deliver high‑quality, free fitness education globally. Expactations: Deliver a well‑structured, up‑to‑date content library, coordinate subject‑matter expert contributions, analyze engagement data to inform content strategy, and support marketing efforts to maximize course visibility. Key Responsibilities - Manage and update the Academy content library within the LMS, ensuring clear navigation and consistency. - Support outreach to industry experts and manage guest educator contributions and content integration. - Track user engagement metrics (enrollments, completion rates, feedback) and generate insights for improvement. - Collect surveys and reviews to identify content gaps and recommend enhancements. - Implement engagement tactics such as automated reminders and personalized course recommendations. - Collaborate with marketing and design to create visuals, promote new content, and distribute releases across official platforms. Required Skills - Proven experience in content management for online education or instructional design. - Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with a focus on multi‑project timelines. - Detail‑oriented execution ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting within an LMS. - Excellent written communication for outreach emails, content summaries, and newsletter contributions. - Team collaboration skills, working effectively with internal teams, external partners, and subject‑matter experts. - Familiarity with content editing tools (Canva, Notion, etc.) and email/marketing platforms. - Ability to interpret engagement data and present actionable recommendations.
