**Job Title:** Jr. Web Developer **Role Summary:** Support front-end development and platform operations for digital properties (websites, apps) across Spurs Sports & Entertainment brands, focusing on user experience, performance, and AI-informed content strategies. **Expectations:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance digital platforms, execute CMS updates, optimize content for AI tools (LLMs), and ensure technical accuracy across all fan-facing applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and optimize responsive web/app interfaces for spurs.com, franchise sites, and the Spurs App. - Perform CMS content management, troubleshooting, and technical support for digital platforms. - Implement tagging, metadata, and structured data strategies to improve AI-driven content discoverability. - Create and maintain analytics dashboards with accurate structured data inputs. - Assist in testing, documenting, and deploying new features for web/app enhancements. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years front-end web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). - Familiarity with content tagging, metadata, and structured data for SEO/LLM optimization. - Experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) or emerging technologies. - Basic design software skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma). - Ability to document processes and improve operational efficiency. - Availability for flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) and occasional travel. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
