Job Description
Job Title: Associate Account Manager – Sales Role Summary: Support senior sales leadership in managing key retail accounts, building long‑term client relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment and delivery. Expectations: - 2–4 years in an account management or sales support role (ideally in housewares). - Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and collaborative with excellent interpersonal communication. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Senior Sales contact with all account‑management duties. - Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating as needed. - Coordinate communications between clients and internal teams. - Prepare and present account‑meeting materials. - Maintain accurate inventory, order, and fulfillment records. - Support product development through sample review and factory coordination. - Execute item‑setup procedures to meet retailer specifications. - Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts. - Manage multiple account‑management projects simultaneously. Required Skills: - Experience in account management, junior account manager, sales coordination, or related role. - Multitasking, prioritization, and time‑management. - Goal‑oriented, organized team player. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Attention to detail and ability to handle detailed administrative tasks. Required Education & Certifications: - BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
