Job Description
**Job Title** Traveling Sales Representative (Male/Female) **Role Summary** Drive business growth by securing partnerships with event organizers, venues, and organizations for Re‑uz’s reusable cup solutions across the Bordeaux area. Activities include prospecting, presenting tailored offers, brand advocacy, customer retention, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. **Expectations** - 2–5 years of field‑sales experience, preferably in events, hospitality, or sustainable products. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong local market knowledge (Bordeaux plus surrounding regions). - Valid driver’s licence (B) and willingness to travel frequently. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and prospect new clients (event organizers, cultural venues, municipalities, corporate partners). - Conduct in‑person presentations, adapt proposals to each client’s needs, and close sales. - Represent and promote the Re‑uz brand at on‑site visits, trade shows, and industry events. - Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and post‑sale follow‑up. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to align on client requirements and service delivery. - Gather field insights and feedback to inform commercial strategy and product enhancements. **Required Skills** - Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. - High level of autonomy, proactivity, and resilience under pressure. - Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and influence decisions. - Familiarity with sustainable/eco‑friendly product positioning. - Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and travel commitments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, or related field. - No specific certifications required, although knowledge of sustainability standards is an asset.
