Job title: Sales Director – B2B (Energy) Role Summary: Lead B2B sales operations for sustainable energy solutions, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and supervising a sales team. This contract position focuses on developing market strategy, securing contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the energy sector. Expectations: Deliver quarterly sales targets and expand client portfolio; maintain high client retention; collaborate cross‑functionally with product, finance, and implementation teams; present strategic insights to senior leadership and external partners. Key Responsibilities: • Create and execute B2B sales strategies targeting commercial and industrial customers. • Lead, coach, and evaluate a high‑performing sales team. • Negotiate, close, and manage contracts and service agreements. • Conduct sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting. • Coordinate with marketing, project delivery, and finance to align sales initiatives with company objectives. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
