**Job Title** Talent Development Intern **Role Summary** An internship within the Talent Development team focused on talent engagement activities—including onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and related systems—for a defense technology organization. **Expectations** - 10‑12 week program, up to 40 hours per week. - Active U.S. security clearance required; able to obtain/maintain. - Availability to travel up to 10% of work time. **Key Responsibilities** - Support planning and execution of onboarding and learning events. - Track attendance, participation, and outcome metrics. - Maintain and update talent development databases and documentation. - Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person sessions (scheduling, resources, communications). - Assist with performance management processes and record keeping. - Produce presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to talent planning initiatives. **Required Skills** - Customer‑service orientation. - Scheduling, logistics coordination, and event planning. - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Data tracking and metric analysis (e.g., training participation, outcomes). - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel). - Detail‑oriented, initiative, creativity, reliability, teamwork, and collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program. - Major in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or Sociology. - No specific certifications required.
