Job Title: Sr Salesforce Architect
Role Summary: Lead design and execution of enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and seamless integration across APIs, middleware, and CI/CD pipelines.
Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce projects, maintain system reliability, mentor teams, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce Salesforce architectural standards and best practices.
- Design, build, and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, triggers, batch, and scheduled Apex.
- Architect integrations using MuleSoft, REST, SOAP, and other middleware.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX).
- Evaluate and integrate Einstein, Copilot, Agentforce, Conga CPQ, ServiceMax as needed.
- Produce technical documentation, code samples, and artifacts.
- Scope, estimate, and manage work packages and project timelines.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure high availability of services.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of enterprise Salesforce development experience.
- Advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, triggers, batch/scheduled Apex, and debugging.
- Integration architecture (MuleSoft, REST, SOAP, OData).
- CI/CD tooling: Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conceptual design skills.
- Superior communication, teamwork, and independent initiative.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Platform App Builder, or Architecture Certifications (e.g., Technical Architect).
- Additional credentials such as MuleSoft Certified Developer, Einstein Platform Developer, or CPQ Specialist are advantageous.
