**Job Title:** Marketing Associate **Role Summary:** Supports Marketing Managers in planning, executing, and tracking marketing projects and promotional materials for a aesthetics-focused healthcare brand. Oversees internal approval processes, manages digital channels, coordinates medical education events, handles conference logistics, conducts market research, and assists with performance and ROI reporting. **Expectations:** - Deliver marketing materials and approvals on schedule. - Maintain accurate inventory forecasts for sales collateral. - Ensure brand consistency across website, social media, and HCP platforms. - Execute flawless event logistics and documentation. - Provide actionable market insights and KPI tracking. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (Medical Education, Medical Affairs, Review, Sales). **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist Marketing Managers with development and project management of promotional and training assets. - Manage internal material approval workflow and coordinate with Review team. - Forecast and track sales material inventory and production needs. - Update corporate website and Canadian social‑media channels; monitor trends and audience feedback. - Coordinate medical‑education events: logistics, travel, attendee management, contracts, payments, tax forms, and post‑event surveys. - Maintain and localize content on the Canadian HCP educational platform; analyze usage data. - Organize conference and event logistics, including travel, meetings, and brand material preparation. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and advisory‑board support to inform strategy. - Contribute to monthly brand performance reports, KPI/ROI tracking, and KOL development activities. **Required Skills:** - Strong project‑management and organizational abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency with website CMS, social‑media management tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. - Analytical mindset for market research and performance tracking. - Detail‑oriented with a focus on brand compliance and approval processes. - Collaborative teamwork across marketing, medical, and sales functions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - Relevant marketing or project‑management experience in aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or consumer packaged goods sectors is preferred. - No specific certifications required.
