Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Development Representative **Role Summary:** Generate and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads for a North American client portfolio. Support account executives, achieve defined KPI targets, and act as a product advisor to maximize customer value. **Expectations:** - Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI targets. - Operate autonomously within a remote‑centric team. - Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline data. - Deliver high‑quality prospecting and customer engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to generate interest. - Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for account executives. - Advise prospects on product value and recommend enhancements. - Build and nurture relationships with new customers at the start of their journey. - Track and report progress toward targets using CRM and sales tools. - Collaborate with the NA region account executives to support sales objectives. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 6 months of SDR/BDR experience with demonstrable success. - Proficiency in sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Orum, etc.). - Strong cold‑calling and cold‑emailing ability. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Relationship‑building and consultative selling mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Sales or communication certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales, Salesforce Certified) considered an asset.
