**Job Title** Client Support Manager (H/F) **Role Summary** Serve as the primary operational support liaison for two large logistics depots, ensuring smooth daily activities, quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance, while maintaining strong client relationships and internal coordination across seasonal locations. **Expectations** - Operate between the Mer depot (Feb‑Jul) and Meung‑sur‑Loire depot (Aug‑Jan), managing travel and time efficiently. - Deliver consistent administrative and operational support in a fast‑moving logistics environment. - Demonstrate strong organization, prioritization, and proactive problem‑solving. - Maintain a high level of professional communication with teams, clients, and external auditors. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Operational Oversight** – Back‑up administration for team leaders; manage consumables and inventory. 2. **QHSE Coordination** – Act as entry point for QHSE, monitor ICPE compliance, KPI tracking, and coordinate ISO 9001/14001 audits. 3. **Client Relations** – Prepare steering committee meetings, manage client invoicing, and optimize service delivery. 4. **HR Data Management** – Record temporary and permanent staff hours, onboard new hires, and update HR databases. 5. **Reporting & Documentation** – Compile regular reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity across systems. **Required Skills** - Strong administrative background with experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations. - Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. - Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/HR systems. - Effective communication skills in French; English proficiency is an asset. - Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take initiative. - Familiarity with QHSE standards and audit processes is advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Certifications in QHSE, ISO standards, or project management (e.g., CAPM, Six Sigma) are desirable but not mandatory.
