Job Description
**Job Title:** Inside Sales Advisor (Commercial Sédentaire) **Role Summary:** Provide personalized, daily telephone support to wholesale and retail customers (butchers, charcuteries, caterers, GMS, collective catering) for a leading fresh‑product distributor. Manage order intake, promote seasonal/off‑season offers, introduce new products, and deliver tailored solutions while ensuring stock alignment and fostering long‑term client relationships. **Expactations:** - Deliver high‑quality customer service with rigor and reliability. - Meet daily sales targets and maintain accurate order flow. - Collaborate closely with procurement, field sales, logistics, accounting, and purchasing teams. - Operate within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and embrace performance challenges. - Work full‑time (35 h/week, 4.5 days) during daytime hours. **Key Responsibilities:** - Call each client each day to capture next‑day orders, suggest seasonal promotions, and advise on new products. - Execute daily sales of product ranges, monitoring stock levels, promotional and seasonal offers. - Build and maintain lasting client trust through attentive listening and diligent follow‑up. - Verify order consistency with supplier volumes; adjust orders when necessary. - Analyse sales data using internal reporting tools and provide actionable insights. - Serve as a central information conduit, utilizing company IT systems to track sales and communicate with internal stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability. - Rigor and attention to detail in order management. - Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple departments. - Proficiency with CRM/sales reporting software and basic MS Office (Excel). - Analytical mindset for interpreting sales statistics. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, results‑driven environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent. - Preferred: Post‑secondary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Food Trade (e.g., BTS Commercial, DUT Management, or Bachelor’s degree). - No specific certifications required; on‑the‑job training provided.
