Job Description
Job Title: Investment Analyst Intern (F/M) Role Summary: Assist the Regional Director in processing new investment opportunities, managing data acquisition, conducting financial and lease analysis, preparing ESG/KYC dossiers and support investment committee presentations. Expectations: - Complete tasks independently while maintaining high organizational standards - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to liaise with brokers, internal teams, and stakeholders - Deliver accurate, timely reports and analyses for investment decision‑making Key Responsibilities: - Capture incoming investment files into internal tools - Populate database with rental references and operational yields - Gather and verify information for reporting (financial statements, leases, comparable data, broker inputs) - Analyze lease agreements and internal rates of return (IRR) - Create and maintain ESG and KYC documentation - Compile acquisition dossiers and data rooms - Prepare analytical data and briefing material for investment committees Required Skills: - Proficiency in Excel and data management tools - Solid understanding of financial and real‑estate terminology - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities - Excellent organizational and time‑management skills - Effective communication and relationship‑building capacity Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in business, finance, real‑estate, or related field - Relevant coursework or certification in finance, investment analysis, or real‑estate is preferred.
