Implement automated testing, develop test procedures, calibrate instruments, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to enhance data acquisition and analysis. Present findings to site and regional leadership. **Expectations**: * Complete a defined project deliverable from May to August 2026. * Present project updates and final results to leadership. * Demonstrate competency in laboratory automation, analytical chemistry, and process improvement. * Adhere to EHSS policies, safety protocols, and export control procedures. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Implement and maintain automated laboratory testing processes. 2. Conduct analytical tests, collect process data, and identify trends for process improvement. 3. Develop, document, and validate test procedures, calibration methods, and safety protocols. 4. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve data acquisition and analysis systems. 5.
