Job Description: **Job Title:** Full Stack Engineer (Lead AI Full‑Stack Developer) **Role Summary:** Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI‑enhanced web applications using Node.js, PHP, and Python. Drive technical strategy, mentor team members, and ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions across front‑end and back‑end layers within cloud environments. **Expectations:** - Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven full‑stack projects. - Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship. - Integrate AI models and code assistants into production systems. - Maintain best practices for security, performance, and scalability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js, PHP, and Python. - Develop responsive front‑end interfaces using React or Angular. - Integrate machine‑learning models and AI assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer). - Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker and Kubernetes. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers and ML engineers to translate requirements into production‑ready code. - Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers. - Participate in architecture decisions and technical roadmap planning. **Required Skills:** - Strong Node.js backend development experience. - Proficient in PHP for services and integrations. - Python knowledge for AI/ML integration and data processing. - Full‑stack expertise with React or Angular. - Database design and management (SQL & NoSQL). - REST API design and web security fundamentals. - Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Containerisation with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. - Familiarity with AI code assistants (Copilot, CodeWhisperer) and basic ML concepts. - Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, Google Cloud Professional Developer) are a plus but not mandatory.
