Job Description

**Job title** Business Development Intern **Role Summary** The internship places an early‑career professional at the heart of the agency’s commercial growth. The intern will develop new business, manage multi‑channel prospecting, engage prospects, and support the closing of projects, contributing directly to revenue generation. **Expectations** - Duration: 4–6 months, beginning ≈ 1 November 2025 - Compensation: €600–€1,000 /month (fixed + variable incentives) - Hybrid working model: office presence with one day of remote work per week **Key Responsibilities** - Execute outbound prospecting on LinkedIn, social media, email, and telephone targeting project managers, marketing directors, communication heads, public institutions, and content creators. - Develop and maintain email sequences; track and update leads in the CRM. - Participate in qualification meetings and pitch sessions alongside the supervisor. - Collaborate on new channel strategies and sales processes. - Achieve KPI targets (qualified meetings, signed proposals) to earn performance incentives. **Required Skills** - Prior experience in sales, SDR, or business development. - Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in digital prospecting tools, email automation, and CRM usage. - Self‑motivated, persistent, and flexible; able to learn quickly in a creative environment. - Interest in the audiovisual sector is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrolment in a university or business school program (Bac +4/5). - No specific certifications required.
