Job title: Information Technology Project Consultant – ServiceNow Implementation Role Summary: Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation for a multinational financial services client, driving integration, migration, and process consolidation across global IT service management environments. Expectations: - 15‑month B2B contract, hybrid (3 days on‑site in La Défense, Paris; 2 days remote). - Bilingual in French and English. Key Responsibilities: - Manage project lifecycle: scope definition, scheduling, risk, and budget control. - Design, configure, and deploy a new ServiceNow instance; plan staged migration from legacy ITSM systems. - Draft, execute, and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans. - Coordinate data migration, cleansing and validation (service catalog, CMDB, user portal). - Lead interface development and handover to the Service Desk. - Provide knowledge transfer, communication, and hyper‑care support during deployment. - Produce formal documentation, status reports, and stakeholder presentations. Required Skills: - Proven IT project management experience (Agile/Waterfall) in large‑scale transformation initiatives. - Deep expertise in ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and ITSM processes. - Familiarity with JIRA/Xray, project documentation standards, and ITIL processes (including CMDB). - Strong stakeholder management, cross‑functional coordination, and written communication abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer/Administrator).

Drives transformation initiatives, governs programme delivery, and acts as deputy to the PMO Manager. **Expactations** - Own a project portfolio of business‑critical change and long‑term growth projects. - Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while mitigating risks. - Maintain strong stakeholder engagement across all levels. - Embed best practice and continuous improvement in project governance. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and closeout. - Allocate resources effectively across portfolio, balancing multiple priorities. - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, implementing escalation protocols. - Deliver strategic projects in line with organisational objectives. - Drive programme governance, reporting, and steering meetings. - Support PMO Manager in steering activities, reporting, and best‑practice adoption. **Required Skills** - Proven senior project and programme management experience. - Strong leadership, organisational, and communication abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. - Knowledge of transformational change; experience with SAP or Salesforce projects is desirable. - Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. - Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. - Project management certifications: PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent highly advantageous. - Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master) a plus.
