Job Title: Marketing Manager Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end brand strategy and execution for consumer and wholesale verticals. Drive customer retention, in‑store activations, product launches, and maintain brand integrity across all markets. Expectations: - Deliver measurable brand growth and revenue objectives. - Operate under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, multi‑territory environment. - Foster inclusive, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and analyze brand strategies, positioning, messaging, and retention campaigns. - Manage in‑store activations and product launches across multiple territories, coordinating with marketing, creative, digital, R&D, retail, compliance, and agencies. - Ensure packaging and product compliance with brand standards and state regulations. - Create and brief creative assets, retail communications, and promotions. - Plan and balance digital and retail marketing mixes, adapting to local market nuances while preserving brand consistency. - Maintain brand integrity through vendor, employee, and partner alignment. - Adhere to security policies and procedures in all operating regions. Required Skills: - Strategic thinking, business acumen, and strategic agility. - Excellent written and verbal communication; strong storytelling. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. - Project management: prioritization, organization, and deadline discipline. - Influencing and leadership ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior management. - Self‑starter, detail‑oriented, creative, and collaborative approach.
