Job Description: Job title: Back End Developer Role Summary: Senior Java backend developer in a fintech focused on digital financial engineering, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high‑performance backend services that support savings platforms and financial product distribution. Expactations: 5–10 years of backend development experience, proven expertise in Java and Spring Boot, strong grasp of SOA, RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, relational and NoSQL databases, and application security. Demonstrated ability to design robust, scalable solutions, excellent technical communication, collaborative team player, autonomous, meticulous, and well‑organized. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend features in Java to meet client and partner requirements. - Propose and implement high‑performance, secure, and evolvable technical solutions. - Collaborate closely with frontend, validation, and product teams to ensure seamless integration. - Produce and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation. - Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
