**Job Title:** UX Strategist (Junior/Mid)
**Role Summary:**
Drive end‑to‑end delivery of web projects while embedding user‑centered insights. Act as the client advocate, lead agile ceremonies, manage tasks in ClickUp and HubSpot, and translate discovery findings into actionable UX recommendations and optimization initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the client voice, ensuring goals and vision are clearly represented.
- Run scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives; remove impediments.
- Manage delivery timelines, priorities, and ownership in ClickUp and HubSpot.
- Maintain quality standards and track measurable client value.
- Conduct discovery workshops, story mapping, and synthesize findings into briefs and wireframes.
- Use GA4, heatmaps, funnels, and user‑flow analysis to identify UX opportunities.
- Support conversion‑optimization initiatives, including A/B testing.
- Build and present dashboards/reports that translate data into actionable insights.
- Champion evidence‑based design and continuous improvement.
- Apply AI‑powered research and analytics tools to scale insight generation.
**Required Skills:**
- Agile project management: leading sprints, scrums, retrospectives.
- Strong client communication with empathy and trust‑building.
- Discovery & insight gathering: workshops, story mapping, wireframing.
- Analytical mindset: UX analytics, GA4, heatmaps, funnel analysis.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, Digital Product Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner) preferred.
- Optional: HubSpot certifications (e.g., CMS, Marketing) or UX‑related credentials (e.g., NN/g, UXPA).
