Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Analyze cross‑functional data, develop actionable insights, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, translating requirements into practical solutions and supporting strategic planning and forecasting. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership. - Continuously identify and implement efficiency gains. - Maintain data integrity across CRM, ERP, and BI platforms. - Facilitate cross‑departmental collaboration and change management. - Provide training and documentation for tools, reports, and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect, analyze, and visualize data from sales, marketing, operations, finance, QC, and HR; build dashboards and KPI reports. - Map end‑to‑end business processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and propose streamlined workflows. - Manage and optimize core systems (NetSuite, Power BI/Tableau) ensuring data consistency. - Support strategic initiatives: market analysis, sales pipeline monitoring, budgeting, quota setting, and headcount planning. - Serve as primary point of contact for translating business needs into technical specifications. - Communicate project status, present findings, and develop action plans for stakeholders. - Deliver user training, create documentation, and troubleshoot data/reporting issues. **Required Skills:** - Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities; data modeling and reporting experience. - Proficiency with CRM/ERP (NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). - Advanced Excel; SQL knowledge preferred. - Strong organizational, project management, and documentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual capability. - Ability to handle sensitive/confidential data with discretion. - Business acumen across finance, accounting, sales, and operations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. - Minimum 5 years relevant experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑ACP, Power BI or Tableau certification) are a plus.
