Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable IT solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and hybrid identity platforms. • Administer and support endpoint, identity, and network security technologies (Intune, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, Valimail, Splunk). • Evaluate and manage third‑party vendor security postures, ensuring compliance with internal standards. • Investigate, analyze, and remediate security incidents, including email, endpoint, and cloud-based threats. • Conduct vulnerability assessments, coordinate penetration tests, and perform risk analyses. • Develop and uphold security best‑practice standards, documentation, and knowledge‑base articles. • Correlate alerts across Microsoft and third‑party stacks to accelerate investigation and remediation. Required Skills: • Strong expertise in Microsoft security solutions, Intune, M365, Azure, AWS. • Practical Linux administration and security skills. • Hands‑on experience with Zscaler, CrowdStrike, Valimail, Splunk (deployment, admin, monitoring, SOC/IR). • Ability to correlate alerts and automate response via SIEM/endpoint/zero‑trust tools. • Rapid problem‑solving under pressure, methodical documentation, and clear communication. • Bilingual (French & English).
