Job Description
Job title: Supply Chain Analyst Role Summary: Provide analytical support for demand, production, and supply planning by creating, maintaining, and optimizing data tools, dashboards, and reports to drive informed decision‑making across the supply chain. Expectations: - Deliver accurate, timely analysis and reporting to enable planning decisions. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams on initiatives such as new product launches, SKU transitions, and process improvements. - Maintain high data integrity within ERP systems while continuously enhancing planning tools and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze demand, production, and supply data to support planning cycles. - Develop and maintain Excel‑based models, dashboards, and PowerBI reports for S&OP, DIO, and inventory liability tracking. - Validate supply and replenishment plans against forecasts and capacity constraints. - Conduct inventory and supply risk analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. - Ensure consistency and accuracy of ERP data and planning parameters. - Produce regular reporting deliverables (S&OP decks, DIO metrics). - Support process and tool improvements and provide coverage for team members as needed. Required Skills: - Advanced Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, basic macros). - PowerPoint with strong visual communication. - PowerBI (report navigation, filtering, interpretation). - ERP experience (JDE, SAP or equivalent). - Clear written communication and structured email writing. - Strong analytical mindset; independent and collaborative work abilities. - Curiosity, adaptability, proactive learning orientation. Required Education & Certifications: - Post‑secondary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field. - 1‑6 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or business/data analysis. - Certifications in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) or supply chain are an asset.
