**Job Title** Head of Marketing **Role Summary** Lead brand strategy and marketing execution for a heritage automotive lifestyle brand, driving growth across new markets and categories with creative, data‑driven campaigns. **Expectations** - Deliver rapid, high‑impact brand elevation with limited resources. - Build a cohesive brand narrative that blends heritage with contemporary luxury. - Foster a high‑energy culture, mentoring a small, cross‑functional marketing team. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and communicate a compelling value proposition that resonates across all touchpoints. - Develop and execute bold go‑to‑market plans for new territories and product launches. - Lead integrated, multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, events, partnerships). - Collaborate with product, sales, and dealer partners to align initiatives and drive revenue. - Translate consumer insights and market research into actionable strategy, including potential brand extensions. - Build and maintain relationships with agencies, partners, and vendors to deliver premium marketing outputs. - Manage and optimise a lean marketing budget, ensuring measurable ROI. - Track, analyse, and report on KPIs to continuously improve campaign performance. - Safeguard brand integrity across owned, partner, and dealer channels. **Required Skills** - Brand building and positioning in luxury, automotive, or lifestyle sectors. - Proven success in leading multi‑channel, cross‑functional campaigns. - Strong storytelling and communication abilities. - Project management skills with the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments. - Ability to build communities, partnerships, and maintain stakeholder engagement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant certifications in digital marketing, brand management, or project management are a plus.
