**Job Title:** Marketing Executive **Role Summary:** Hands‑on marketer responsible for shaping and executing the brand, content, and communications strategy for a global tech recruitment agency. Works directly with leadership and recruitment teams across Europe and the US to build a consistent, compelling digital presence and support lead generation. **Expectations:** - Own the end‑to‑end refresh of brand identity and digital assets. - Deliver high‑quality copy, design, and social content on schedule. - Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders while working independently. - Maintain a data‑driven approach to website SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead brand‑identity refresh across all platforms. - Brief, coordinate, and manage external agencies for branding, marketing, and website projects. - Create and maintain internal marketing collateral, case studies, and client/candidate materials. - Manage and grow LinkedIn presence; produce regular posts, articles, and thought‑leadership content. - Update website content (visuals, team bios, job listings, blog) and implement basic SEO and Google Analytics improvements. - Write blog posts, team updates, and marketing copy; coordinate publication schedule. - Support lead‑generation initiatives through website enhancements and SEO tweaks. - Assist in planning and promoting internal events, meetups, incentives, and culture‑building activities. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years of professional marketing experience. - Excellent English copywriting and editing skills. - Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar). - Strong content creation and social‑media management (LinkedIn) experience. - Solid organizational, detail‑oriented, and independent‑working capabilities. - Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and website content platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) is a plus. - Light graphic or video editing skills (desirable). - Experience in recruitment, professional services, or B2B marketing (desirable). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred (not mandatory). - No specific certifications required.
