Job Description

**Job Title** Technical and Functional Consultant **Role Summary** Configure, develop, and support software solutions to meet client requirements. Collaborate with project managers to produce technical specifications, develop and test interfaces, and manage project activities. Provide functional and technical support to end users, identify additional service opportunities, and contribute to the internal knowledge base. **Expectations** - Deliver solutions that align with client business needs and project goals. - Maintain high quality standards in configuration, development, and testing. - Communicate efficiently in French and English with stakeholders and teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Configure and adapt software solutions for clients. - Draft technical specifications in partnership with the project manager. - Develop, implement, and test interfaces before production deployment. - Track and report project activities using dedicated tools. - Identify incidents and propose solutions in team meetings. - Offer functional and technical support to end users. - Spot opportunities for additional services and report them. - Contribute to the internal knowledge base. - Participate in regular training to stay updated on vendor offerings. - Collaborate with internal departments as required. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SQL. - Strong written and oral communication in French and English. - Experience or strong interest in project management tools. - Curiosity, autonomy, rigor, teamwork, and problem‑solving capability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Bac+2 (equivalent to an associate degree). - Open to beginners with provision for internal training.
