Job Description
**Job Title** Digital Project Manager – B2C **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end digital initiatives (web and mobile) for B2C customers. Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations while coordinating cross‑functional teams of designers, developers, integrators, and external partners. Deliver projects that provide seamless, data‑driven user experiences. **Expectations** * Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. * Translate business and user needs into clear functional specifications. * Prioritize work based on value, risk, and resource availability. * Provide consistent communication and status reporting to stakeholders. * Champion continuous improvement through analysis of performance data and post‑delivery feedback. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Gather and analyze business and user requirements; produce functional specifications and user stories. 2. Prioritize requirements and create detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines. 3. Coordinate internal (design, development, architecture) and external (integrators, vendors) teams through all phases. 4. Oversee functional testing, user acceptance testing, bug resolution, and production deployment. 5. Track post‑launch performance metrics, identify issues, and recommend enhancements. 6. Document project artifacts, lessons learned, and best practices. 7. Conduct market, technical, and competitive research to inform product strategy. 8. Participate in internal communities of practice, knowledge sharing, and organizational initiatives. **Required Skills** * Digital project management (web/mobile) with a B2C focus. * Agile/Scrum methodology and backlog management. * Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills. * Ability to write clear functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Test planning, defect tracking, and release management. * Basic data analytics to assess user experience and performance. * Familiarity with UI/UX principles. * Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, and AEM (or equivalent). * Curiosity, problem‑solving mindset, and collaborative leadership. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Product Management, Business Administration, or related field. * Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, Product Owner) preferred but not mandatory. ---
