**Job Title** Appian Lead / Architect **Role Summary** Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise‑grade Appian BPM solutions. Guide architecture decisions, enforce best practices, and deliver scalable, maintainable applications while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. **Expectations** * Own end‑to‑end Appian solution delivery from requirement gathering to deployment. * Maintain high coding standards, performance, and security across the Appian stack. * Provide technical mentorship, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable Appian applications (process models, SAIL interfaces, record types, CDTs, plugins). 2. Integrate Appian with external systems via Web APIs, REST, or SOAP services. 3. Optimize existing solutions for performance and maintainability. 4. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. 5. Participate in solution architecture discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. 6. Troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance, and support smooth project delivery. 7.
