Job Description

**Job Title:** Project Coordinator (Interim) **Role Summary:** Coordinate and track engineering projects for wireless power and data transfer systems, ensuring timely delivery through effective use of Jira, cross‑functional collaboration, and clear stakeholder communication. **Expectations:** - 20–40 hours/week in consistent blocks aligned with Eastern Time (≈9 am–3 pm ET). - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - High‑drive, detail‑oriented, and data‑focused approach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, maintain, and update detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in Jira. - Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure milestones are met. - Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to the Director of Systems Engineering and other stakeholders. - Coordinate weekly team goals, agendas, and meeting documentation. - Facilitate internal and external communications to maintain project cohesion. - Escalate issues and risks promptly; support risk mitigation strategies. - Preserve comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership and customers. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with Jira (or equivalent project‑management tools). - Experience managing technology‑focused projects in engineering, manufacturing, hardware/software development, IT, or system implementation. - Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent organizational, detail‑oriented, and time‑management skills. - Effective written and verbal communication; collaborative, team‑first mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related technical field preferred. - Project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) desirable but not mandatory. - Prior experience with medical‑technology or medical‑device development projects is a plus.
