Ensure sales teams and accounts meet deadlines, deliver accurate orders, and provide tools for rapid graphic launch. **Expectations** - 6‑month contract - $35/hr - Work in fast‑paced environment, managing multiple programs and stakeholders independently while collaborating cross‑functionally. **Key Responsibilities** - Collect and verify Fast Tee orders from Marketplace Sales teams. - Manage and track multiple sales deadlines across programs; follow up with accounts to correct orders and ensure on‑time completion. - Create pre‑season sales tools (presentations, visuals) showcasing new T‑shirt graphics. - Monitor order status, proactively follow up to meet program timelines. - Support replenishment by triggering re‑orders for high‑selling items. - Contribute to go‑to‑market processes: design visual tee walls and virtual presentations for merchandising support. **Required Skills** - Experience supporting sales execution, go‑to‑market, merchandising, or operations. - Strong organizational skills; capable of managing multiple programs and deadlines. - Clear, confident communication; adept at following up with sales teams and external accounts. - Detail‑oriented; demonstrates urgency and ownership. - Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with shared trackers and visual assets. - Familiarity with common digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, shared trackers). **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or higher preferred (not mandatory). - No specific certifications required.
