Leads full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high‑value deals, and serves as the strategic growth engine until a dedicated sales team is established under their leadership. **Expectations:** - Cultivate and execute a comprehensive U.S. new‑business strategy aligned with corporate goals. - Close revenue deals that enable expansion of market share and revenue streams. - Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and deliver measurable growth metrics. - Position to transition into a managerial role once sufficient new business volume is achieved. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. - Personally conduct prospecting, outreach, and direct engagement with key decision‑makers nationwide. - Drive lead generation, nurture relationships, negotiate contracts, and close B2B deals. - Oversee the entire sales cycle to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded. - Analyze industry trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and market gaps. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance to align initiatives and craft tailored proposals. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years of B2B business development or sales experience with a proven record of driving revenue growth. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑directed with an ability to influence stakeholders. - Analytical proficiency: interpret data, assess market trends, apply statistical analysis. - Comfortable with fast‑paced travel (45–50 % of time). - Ability to motivate and influence across cross‑functional teams; potential to build and lead a team in the future. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - No specific professional certifications required.
