Job Description
Job title: Closer – Online Training Sales Role Summary: Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales of online web development and web‑marketing courses. Manage the entire sales cycle, maintain client relationships, and ensure accurate record‑keeping in the CRM. Expectations: - Execute outbound calls within 30 minutes of lead receipt. - Qualify prospects, identify training needs, and present appropriate financing options (CPF, Pôle emploi, OPCO, Agefice). - Convert qualified prospects into active enrollments. - Follow up proactively, resume unattended calls, and schedule appointments. - Maintain 100 % accuracy in the CRM and participate in weekly team meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound outreach to prospective students. - Qualify leads and assess training requirements. - Deliver persuasive presentations of course offerings and financing solutions. - Close sales and secure enrollment commitments. - Track and manage prospects through their training journey. - Update and maintain CRM records diligently. - Attend and contribute to weekly team briefings. Required Skills: - Strong outbound calling and prospecting skills. - Ability to qualify leads and identify client needs. - Persuasive communication and presentation abilities. - Proficiency with CRM systems and automation tools. - Excellent follow‑up, time management, and organization. - Ability to recover unsuccessful calls and secure responses. Required Education & Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (no formal degree required). - No specific certifications required; on‑the‑job and ongoing training provided.
