**Job Title:** Business Analyst (H/F)
**Role Summary:**
Act as a central bridge between business users, development teams, and operations to design, validate, and support IT solutions that optimize healthcare network processes. Drive both project delivery (Build) and operational support (Run) across multiple applications.
**Expectations:**
- Master the full business analysis lifecycle: gathering requirements, modeling, specification, testing, and validation.
- Facilitate workshops, translate business needs into concrete, technical solutions, and ensure smooth hand‑over to production and support teams.
- Provide expert guidance on process improvement, tool optimization, and change management for high‑impact health‑care initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Elicit and analyze business requirements; produce detailed functional specifications.
- Lead user workshops to map current processes, identify improvements, and document solutions (BPMN/UML).
- Serve as primary liaison among stakeholders, developers, and operations.
- Participate in incident resolution and ongoing operational monitoring.
- Design mock‑ups, process diagrams, and comprehensive project documentation.
- Write, execute, and validate test plans; confirm readiness for production release.
- Conduct user training, drive change implementation, and provide ongoing support.
- Propose optimizations to tools, processes, and maintain continuous business and IT awareness.
- Manage concurrent application domains in both Build and Run modes.
**Required Skills:**
- Functional analysis, specification writing, and process modeling proficiency.
- Experience with Agile and V‑cycle methodologies; project documentation and tracking tools.
- Technical literacy in APIs, SQL, Linux, shell scripting, log analysis, and familiarity with Java code.
- Strong analytical, precise, autonomous, and collaborative communication abilities.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Interest in socially impactful health‑care projects.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s level (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent from a recognized engineering or university program.
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst or functional consulting experience, preferably within health‑care, complementary health, mutuals, or health‑care network environments.
- No mandatory specific certifications, though familiarity with functional analysis or business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑BSA) is advantageous.
