Job Description
**Job Title** Software Engineer **Role Summary** Remote software engineer for a fast‑growing scale‑up developing B2B web and mobile applications in the automotive sector. Build new products, enhance existing solutions, and provide technical leadership within a small, high‑performance team. **Expectations** - Deliver clean, maintainable, high‑performance code that is robust, scalable, and secure. - Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and ambiguous requirements. - Collaborate closely with founders, product owners, and fellow developers. - Contribute to design, development, deployment, and post‑release support. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement .NET back‑end services and Angular front‑end components. - Write and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access layers. - Develop and maintain cloud‑based infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS. - Manage CI/CD pipelines and source control using Azure DevOps. - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge‑sharing sessions. - Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution. **Required Skills** - Strong object‑oriented programming (OOP) in .NET (C#). - Proficiency with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and SASS. - Advanced SQL skills, including complex stored procedures. - Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud services. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps for deployment and version control. - Excellent problem‑solving ability and self‑starter attitude. - Bonus: exposure to automotive industry or finance/accounting applications. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - No specific certifications required; cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner) are a plus.
