**Job Title:** Founding Growth & Acquisition Lead **Role Summary:** Crux seeks a Founding Growth & Acquisition Lead to design and execute strategies for scaling early-stage adoption of a legacy planning platform. Focus on product-led growth, community-driven initiatives, and data-driven acquisition to drive user activation, retention, and long-term product virality. **Expectations:** Candidate must demonstrate experience in startup growth strategy or community building, ability to build and test scalable growth models, and capacity to collaborate intensively with co-founders in a founder-like role. No salary is provided initially; compensation is equity-based. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and lead growth strategy, including acquisition channels and early-user metrics. - Design and execute lightweight experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize growth funnels. - Define and track KPIs for activation, retention, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion. - Collaborate with co-founders to align growth strategy with product development and community building. - Lead emotional-virality and product-led growth initiatives to build organic user traction. **Required Skills:** - Strategic growth planning and execution in early-stage tech or SaaS environments. - Proficiency in acquisition frameworks, growth metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation. - Hands-on experience with user acquisition, conversion funnel optimization, or community-building. - Cross-functional collaboration and product-strategy integration. - Proven track record of building, scaling, or leading a startup, growth loop, or niche community. **Required Education & Certifications:** Not required. Prior success in founding or scaling a product or community is prioritized over formal credentials.
