Job Description

**Job Title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Evaluate investment opportunities and support deal execution as a member of the investment team. Analyze market and company data, develop financial models, and contribute to strategic decision-making. **Expectations:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Economics with 1–3 years of experience in private equity (PE)/M&A, preferably in IT or software sectors. Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct investment research and analysis throughout the deal lifecycle. - Proactively engage with potential investors, portfolio companies, and market stakeholders. - Develop financial models and provide actionable insights for investment/financing proposals. - Support preparation of investment reports, quarterly updates, and event organization. - Collaborate with senior team members and support portfolio company strategic projects. **Required Skills:** Advanced financial modeling, data analysis, market research, stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, project management.
