Job Description
Job title: Marketing Manager Role Summary: Lead integrated marketing across digital and traditional channels, oversee a cross‑functional team, develop and execute growth strategies, and analyze performance to drive ROI for an edtech SaaS platform. Expactations: Deliver measurable marketing impact, balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, collaborate across product, sales, and customer success, and adapt quickly to evolving priorities. Key Responsibilities: • Direct a team of associates, designers, and developers to create and execute integrated campaigns (web, email, social, SEO, PPC, print). • Craft and execute lead generation and targeted marketing strategies. • Plan and manage website strategy, including revamps, new page creation, and SEO‑first content updates. • Design, code (HTML), and launch email marketing campaigns. • Manage PPC programs on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and similar platforms. • Track and report KPIs, conversions, and ROI using Google Analytics 4 and complementary analytics tools. • Clean, analyze, and interpret campaign data with Python or equivalent, presenting insights to stakeholders. • Approve blog posts, social media content, designs, and website updates to ensure brand consistency. • Coordinate print ad production and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to align marketing with business objectives. Required Skills: • 3–5+ years marketing management, preferably in SaaS, edtech, or B2B. • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, SEO, and PPC campaign management. • HTML coding for email and familiarity with Python for data analysis. • Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership. • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms. • Excellent written, editing, and communication abilities. • Adaptability and initiative in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (MSc in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or AI tools preferred). • Relevant certifications in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or digital marketing (optional but desirable).
