Job Description
Job title: Brand Development Marketing Coordinator Role Summary: Support brand development and marketing initiatives for new property launches. Coordinate campaign execution, manage project deliverables, and track performance metrics to generate leads and drive revenue. Expectations: - Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within scope. - Maintain high-quality output, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with fair housing standards. - Proactively identify and implement innovative marketing opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Launch branding and marketing campaigns for new properties; ensure all deliverables meet quality and budget requirements. - Coordinate advertising, media placements, digital campaigns, and email marketing. - Quality‑assure and update content across company websites, listings, review sites, and directories. - Implement lead management and tracking, monitor campaign performance, and report metrics such as lead generation and website traffic. - Identify and propose new marketing and advertising opportunities. - Lead creation of ancillary brand deliverables with external freelancers. - Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and clients to tailor strategies to property and client objectives. Required Skills: - Project management and strong organizational ability. - Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills. - Detail‑oriented with commitment to high‑quality work. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Curiosity, adaptability, proactive mindset; willingness to learn and innovate.
