**Job Title**: Social Media Content Creator **Role Summary**: Produce compelling visual content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement across social, digital, and retail channels. Lead all stages of video production—from concept and storyboard to direction and post‑production—while ensuring brand consistency and leveraging current digital trends. **Expectations**: - Deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content on schedule. - Collaborate effectively with marketing, writing, and design teams. - Adapt to new tools (e.g., AI and motion graphics) and industry trends. - Create engaging material that attracts and retains audiences. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop visual assets for social media, digital platforms, and retail marketing. - Craft storyboards and mock‑ups for stakeholder review. - Oversee video shoots: set‑up, crew coordination, talent direction. - Edit and finalize videos, incorporating motion graphics as needed. - Maintain brand style, tone, and quality across all deliverables. - Monitor social media best practices and emerging trends. **Required Skills**: - Strong understanding of social media best practices. - Proven experience directing video shoots and talent. - Proficiency in video editing; motion graphics knowledge a plus. - Storytelling and visual communication expertise. - Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional teams. - Familiarity with design tools and willingness to learn new technologies (including AI). **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - Demonstrated portfolio of video, social, and digital creative work. - Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in content creation, videography, editing, and social media. - Motion graphics design experience is preferred.
