**Job Title** Transaction Services Intern **Role Summary** Support end‑of‑study interns in performing financial due diligence for acquisition, divestiture, and refinancing transactions. Work across the full financial process, including account analysis, metric determination, business plan review, and report preparation. **Expectations** - Final‑year internship, actively seeking a placement. - Strong analytical mindset, detail oriented, entrepreneurial spirit. - Proficient in English (written and spoken). **Key Responsibilities** - Examine target’s historical financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). - Calculate and assess key financial aggregates (normalized EBITDA, net working capital, adjusted net financial debt, etc.). - Critically review or construct a business plan. - Contribute to the preparation of the due‑diligence report. - Participate in the end‑to‑end financial transaction process. **Required Skills** - Advanced financial analysis and valuation techniques. - Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. - Strong understanding of accounting principles. - Ability to critically evaluate financial data and identify risks. - Effective written and verbal communication. - English fluency (professional level). **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Bac +5 (equivalent to a Master’s level) in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Engineering from a recognized institution. - Prior experience in transaction services, audit, private equity, or M&A preferred.
