Noble People is a media agency. The combination we offer is not found everywhere: creative approaches to using media space underpinned by strategic rigor through analytics and the application of the latest marketing science. While marketers are often forced to choose between data or creativity, we recognize they need both. Put simply, what we do is advise our clients how to invest their marketing communications budget in the most effective way to deliver an impact on their business. We focus more on business metrics than on leading indicators--which only feed back on a narrow window of activity. We execute our recommendation through buying media space in all channels (digital, search, broadcast TV, podcasts, out of home, social, as well as traditional channels); negotiating partnerships with publishers, platforms and personalities; and sometimes finding new ways for people to encounter our clients' brand by creating entirely new media spaces. We've done this across many product categories including packaged goods, fintech, travel, business to business, food delivery, and entertainment.

Job Description
Job title: Head of Analytics and Product Innovation Role Summary: Lead the analytics strategy and product innovation function, setting the agency's measurement and analytics agenda. Manage the Data & Analytics team, embed insights across client engagements, and create scalable analytics and AI-driven product offerings that support growth and complex client acquisition. Expectations: * Deliver measurable business impact through advanced measurement (MMM, attribution) and emerging analytics services. * Grow and scale new agency products that drive client and revenue growth. * Partner across media investment, activation, and leadership to develop repeatable, client-ready platform capabilities. * Champion AI and emerging technologies to increase operational efficiency and product differentiation. * Provide clear, actionable insights to senior executives and clients. Key Responsibilities: * Define and execute the analytics roadmap and measurement framework for the agency. * Build and mentor a high‑performing Data & Analytics team. * Translate complex analytics and AI solutions into straightforward recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. * Design and implement systems that enable the agency to secure larger, more complex accounts. * Develop and launch new analytics and product offerings that are commercially viable and strategically distinct. * Collaborate with Media Investment & Activation to scale biddable platform capabilities, ensuring robust data frameworks and measurement standards. * Regularly report on analytics performance, insights, and product impact to senior leadership. Required Skills: * 15+ years of analytics, data science, or product innovation experience in media, marketing, or advertising. * Deep knowledge of data‑driven decision‑making, measurement frameworks (MMM, attribution). * Proven track record of developing and scaling new offerings for client and agency growth. * Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities. * Ability to simplify and communicate complex analytics and AI concepts to executives and clients. * Experience with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics tools is essential. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. * Advanced degree (MBA, MS, Ph.D.) desirable. * Relevant certifications in analytics or data science (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
