Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist
**Role Summary**
Design, execute, and optimize integrated B2B demand generation programs that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth. Lead multi‑channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, events, SEO/SEM, content syndication) and leverage marketing automation (Marketo) to nurture prospects, score leads, and generate actionable insights for sales and marketing alignment.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable ROI for demand‑generation initiatives.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and deliverables on time.
- Provide accurate, data‑driven performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure seamless lead hand‑off and tracking within the sales ecosystem.
- Collaborate effectively across sales, content, digital, and product teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and refine multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns.
- Build and maintain automated nurture programs, scoring models, and workflows in Marketo.
- Align campaign goals with pipeline and revenue targets in partnership with sales.
- Monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance; identify optimization opportunities.
- Work with content, digital, and product marketing to craft resonant messaging.
- Support lead management processes, ensuring accurate tracking and routing.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices for demand generation.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo), including campaign creation, workflow development, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
- Competence in multi‑channel campaign execution (email, paid media, webinars, events, SEO/SEM, content syndication).
- Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in performance reporting and optimization.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with martech tools (Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions) preferred.
