Act as a commercial and technical partner, delivering product solutions, fostering long‑term relationships, and ensuring optimal utilization of lubricants and cleaning products. Expectations - Exceed sales targets and revenue goals. - Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and product adoption. - Operate autonomously with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities - Manage and expand a defined portfolio of automotive service customers. - Actively prospect new prospects to increase market coverage. - Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for garage technicians and front‑desk staff. - Negotiate pricing, volumes, and contract terms with clients. - Monitor consumption, track client satisfaction, and recommend application improvements. - Coordinate with customer‑support, marketing, and product‑management teams to address client needs. - Build and sustain long‑term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Required Skills - Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in automotive or related B2B sales. - Strong technical understanding of lubricants, cleaning products, and automotive service processes. - Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close complex deals. - Excellent communication skills in French (native) and Dutch (operational); English proficiency (business level). - Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and results‑driven attitude. - Proficiency with standard office software and CRM systems. Job Title: Area Sales Manager (French/Nederlands/English) – Belgium, France & EMEA Role Summary: Lead the expansion of the fence panel business in Benelux and France, later extending into the broader EMEA region. Focus on B2B sales, building lasting client relationships, and achieving/exceeding revenue targets. Expectations: - Drive growth in initial markets and successfully enter new EMEA territories. - Consistently meet or surpass defined sales objectives. - Foster sustainable partnerships and contribute to product and market strategy with actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new prospects and establish strong relationships with key fence‑market stakeholders. - Maintain and grow existing client portfolio, ensuring high retention rates. - Collaborate with Customer Service to prepare, present, and follow up on commercial offers. - Manage client base, understand specific needs, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery. - Address client complaints in partnership with the quality department and pursue cross‑division synergy opportunities. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity; share insights to support product development and strategic decisions. - Produce detailed visit reports and account plans.
