Senior Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical systems aligned with business workflows. Expectations: Deep technical expertise in Salesforce development; proficiency in applying best practices to build high-performing systems in regulated environments. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement custom applications, integrations, and solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs. - Collaborate on architecture and technical solution design. - Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Configure Salesforce Cloud platforms (Sales, Service, Experience). - Develop and maintain DevOps CI/CD pipelines. - Conduct code reviews, testing, and system optimization. - Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA). - Mentor junior developers/admins. Required Skills - 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs. - Salesforce integration experience (Mulesoft, middleware). - Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence). - Git, SFDX, Salesforce CLI.
