Job Description
**Job Title:** Salesforce Administrator - Americas **Role Summary:** Hands‑on Salesforce Administrator responsible for day‑to‑day platform support, configuration, and optimization. Focuses on object and flow administration, ticket resolution, user onboarding, security compliance, and supporting Sales Cloud and CPQ functionalities. **Expectations:** - 3+ years of Salesforce administration/declarative development experience. - Proven ability to resolve tickets and system issues with minimal supervision. - Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. - Ability to work within Agile/Scrum teams and collaborate with senior technical staff. **Key Responsibilities:** - Resolve daily Salesforce issues; gather details, implement solutions, and escalate complex cases. - Perform platform administration: release management, permission sets, user provisioning, layout updates, field creation, and flow development (including CPQ calculations and opportunity automation). - Maintain and audit security settings to ensure compliance with best practices. - Design and update flows, actions, and object interactions to meet business requirements. - Contribute to SOP and process improvements; document resolutions and create training materials. - Participate in QA testing with internal and external teams, verify functionality and performance. - Generate reports, joined reports, and dashboards aligned with business needs. - Track work and issues using tools such as Jira. **Required Skills:** - Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and CPQ administration. - Declarative development: flows, process builder, validation rules, formula fields. - Security model expertise (profiles, permission sets, field‑level security). - Report and dashboard creation. - Strong analytical and root‑cause troubleshooting abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non‑technical audiences. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and Jira. - Proactive learning of Salesforce releases and ecosystem updates. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). - Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist) preferred.
