**Job Title** HR Business Partner (Junior) – Internship (January 2026) **Role Summary** Support the rapid growth of a scaling company by shaping compensation & benefits, developing job profiles, driving HR projects, and providing analytical insights that inform people decisions. **Expectations** * Deliver tangible improvements to pay and benefits structures. * Build and maintain a permanent reference framework for roles and competencies. * Own project delivery for cross‑functional HR initiatives. * Produce regular HR dashboards for leadership. * Act as the primary operational liaison for day‑to‑day employee experiences. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Compensation & Benefits** – Design salary grids, benchmark, and model bonus schemes; manage semi‑annual bonus processes and benefit policy updates. 2. **Roles & Competencies** – Formalise existing job descriptions; create a competency taxonomy linked to salary bands. 3. **HR Projects** – Deploy new HR processes (e.g., interview campaigns, 360 feedback, eNPS), prepare presentations for internal events, and support communication roll‑outs. 4. **HR Analytics** – Build and monitor KPIs (headcount, turnover, promotion rates, gender ratio, cost per employee, retention); generate periodic reports for management. 5. **Employee Lifecycle** – Oversee onboarding, internal mobility, and off‑boarding; serve as the operational contact for personnel administration and internal HR communication. **Required Skills** * Knowledge of compensation & benefits design and administration. * Proficiency in HR analytics, data interpretation, and Excel. * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Effective written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement. * Familiarity with collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Notion) and Microsoft Office. * Analytical mindset, accuracy, autonomy, proactive initiative. **Required Education & Certifications** * Current student or recent graduate in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent (Master’s level preferred). * Additional HR certifications (e.g., HRBP, GPEC, Comp+Ben) are an advantage but not mandatory.
