Job Description
**Job Title:** Project Manager – Media Planning **Role Summary:** Drive the end‑to‑end delivery of a multi‑market media planning, activation, and attribution tool rollout. Partner with senior consultants, global media and marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure on‑time, high‑quality implementation, user adoption, and risk mitigation across international markets. **Expectations:** - Manage complex, multinational technology implementations (5+ years). - Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and maintain clear communication. - Ensure project stays within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. - Facilitate change management and training to achieve user adoption. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and governance frameworks. 2. Lead stakeholder engagement with global/local media teams, marketing functions, and agencies. 3. Design and execute change‑management and adoption strategies, including training and capability building. 4. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; monitor KPIs and quality metrics. 5. Oversee resource allocation, vendor management, and budget tracking. 6. Produce regular status reports and executive updates for senior leadership. **Required Skills:** - Project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile). - Strong stakeholder management and communication across cultures. - Risk, issue, and quality management expertise. - Budget and vendor coordination experience. - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA). - Understanding of media planning, ad‑tech, or marketing technology ecosystems. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
