Serve as the primary liaison to the client’s Executive Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with business goals, ethical guardrails, and operational realities. **Expectations:** - Execute a 90‑day AI practice plan and deliver three active AI experiments with quantified KPIs. - Build and scale a global AI practice and workstreams, managing 20–30 multidisciplinary team members. - Deliver executive dashboards, monthly AI practice reports, and quarterly governance reviews. - Maintain continuous improvement through retrospectives and guardrail updates. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Executive Leadership & Alignment** – Act as Intellibus liaison to the client’s ELT; translate strategic priorities into AI portfolios; lead monthly AI practice reviews; enforce AI guardrails and ethical use. 2. **Program Direction & Delivery Oversight** – Oversee AI Skunk Works experiments, data foundations, and engineering excellence; coordinate 20 engineers and leads; manage execution plan, sprint cadence, dependencies; track KPIs (time‑to‑value, productivity, financial impact). 3. **Technical and Operational Depth** – Provide architectural oversight for pilots and data integration; guide AI experiment design; advise on AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, data frameworks; understand retail systems (POS, loyalty, supply chain) and AI enhancements. 4. **Stakeholder & Team Leadership** – Build relationships with ELT and department heads; mentor squad leads; foster experimentation culture; support AI & Data Strategy Lead with use‑case framing and data‑readiness insights. 5. **Governance, Reporting & Value Realization** – Establish reporting cadence; deliver dashboards, executive summaries, quarterly AI practice reports; drive continuous improvement and guardrail updates. **Required Skills:** - 12–20 years in technology/AI/digital transformation; 5+ years in senior leadership or consulting with executive-facing responsibilities. - Retail or supply‑chain operations expertise. - Strong AI/ML systems, cloud data architecture, and software engineering best practices. - Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (20–30 members) and coordinate multiple workstreams. - Executive presence, excellent communication, and ability to translate strategy into technical implementation. - Pragmatic, collaborative, outcome‑focused mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. - Professional certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data engineering (e.g., AWS Certified ML or Azure Data Engineer) preferred.
